Many movement traditions and modern rehabilitation models both recognize that different regions of the torso influence how energy and information move through the body. When these areas are weak, tense, or poorly coordinated, it can create “traffic jams” — not only in movement patterns, but also in breathing efficiency, circulation, and nervous system balance.

Training the full core helps restore structure, stability, and flow.

As muscles become stronger and more coordinated:
