Hi! I’m Jennifer Reinertson. I’m here to help you get fit—both physically and energetically.
My passion is helping people feel strong, balanced, and energized in every aspect of their lives. With a background in fitness training, nutrition coaching, and energy healing, I bring a holistic approach to wellness that goes beyond the gym.
I believe true health is about more than just building muscle or losing weight—it’s about creating harmony between the body, mind, and spirit. Through customized fitness programs, supportive nutrition guidance, and practices that connect the mind to the body, I help clients unlock their full potential and build sustainable habits that empower them for life.
Whether your goal is to get stronger, lose weight, improve energy, or create more balance in your daily routine, I’m here to guide and support you along the way.
I also have a strong background in endurance running. I’ve completed over a dozen marathons and have worked as a running coach for both half-marathon and marathon athletes.
While running is a personal passion of mine, my programs are designed for everyone—runners and non-runners alike. You’ll find workouts that improve strength and cardiovascular conditioning both with and without running elements.
Along with my experience in running, I have specialized training in:

• Nutrition Coaching – Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN)
• Nutrition Studies – eCornell
In addition to fitness and nutrition coaching, I am also a Reiki Master and certified Past Life Regressionist. These energy healing sessions allow me to help clients connect with their mind, body, and spirit on a deeper level, supporting overall wellness, balance, and personal growth beyond traditional fitness and nutrition approaches.
